Practising Trataka Yoga is very simple. All you have to do is sit in a comfortable position and stare at the flames of a candle till your eyes start watering. Then, you close your eyes and concentrate on the image of the flames created by your mind. Once the image starts getting blurry, open your eyes and follow the same process again. It is not mandatory to use a candle. You can use anything to stare, such as a point in your room, star, moon, or even a lamp.
