2-4 strands of saffron

½ teaspoon of cardamom powder

How To Make?

Take 1 ½ cups of water and heat it on medium flames. Next, add saffron thread, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder to the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the tea is reduced to 1 cup. Then, add almonds to a cup and pour the tea on top.

2. The 5-Ingredient-Tea:

Infused with the digestion-boosting properties of ginger, detoxifying properties of Tulsi, anti-inflammatory properties of cloves, immunity-boosting properties of Mulethi and antibacterial properties of black pepper, this 5-ingredient herbal tea is your best friend during winters.

Ingredients You Need:

1 teaspoon of grated ginger or Adrak

7-8 leaves of holy basil or Tulsi

3-4 roughly crushed cloves

1 piece of Mulethi

½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper or Kali Mirch

How To Make?

Heat 2 cups of water and add all the ingredients to it. Let it boil until the tea is reduced to half, and then strain it into a cup.

3. Sonth Tea:

Ayurveda says that Sonth or dried ginger is the best herb for sore throat, cold and digestive ailments. Unlike ginger, it has unctuous properties that do not let your throat become dry. Therefore, we always recommend Sonth tea for winters.

Ingredients You Need:

2 teaspoons of Sonth powder or 2 pieces of Sonth

¼ teaspoon of black pepper or Kali Mirch

1 teaspoon of jaggery or Gur

How To Make?

Heat 1 ½ cups of water and add Sonth powder and black pepper to it. Next, let it steep for about 5 minutes till the water is reduced to 1 cup. Then, pour the tea into a cup and add jaggery.

1 teaspoon of Amla powder

¼ teaspoon of black pepper or Kali Mirch

1 teaspoon of jaggery or Gur

1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers

A pinch of nutmeg

Heat 1 ½ cups of water and add the chamomile flowers. Next, let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the tea is reduced to 1 cup. Then, strain the tea and add a pinch of nutmeg to it.
