Today In this post I gonna talk about how much muscle can you gain in 6 months
so let’s get started
So I’m going to explain how much muscle can you gain naturally in 6 months and you can expect throughout your lifespan, this is for naturals not if you’re enhanced I don’t care you’re gonna gain more than this most likely, whatever if you are a female male with poor genetics or supreme genetics this is gonna answer everything
So that you can completely understand there’s so much trickery and BS frankly on the internet that people have no clue what to really expect. Moreover, you see, a lot of people would have you believe if you measure your circumference you could ultimately determine how big you’re going to be.
Actually there’s no exact science to how much muscles you personally can gain in 6 months because we all have different genetics we’ve all been training for a different amount of time and our bodies are all different but luckily for us some top minds in bodybuilding and nutrition world they’we come up with their own models
for how much muscle we can realistically expect to gain in 6 months.
But we can take two of the models:
First Model is LYLE MACDONALD according to his amount of muscle mass you can take in 6 months depends primarily on how long you personally been training for so if you’re new to the gym that you’re still in your first year of training than he estimates you can gain as much as 20 to 25 pounds of muscle in that full year so that means about 2
pounds of muscle per month and most now in your setting here he estimates you can gain 10 to 12 pounds of muscle so one pound per month and your third year 5 to 6 pounds of muscle so only about a half pound per month and then afterthat your fourth year and beyond the estimation you can really only gain about 2 to 3 pounds of muscle per year
