Ingredients

  • Nutri Chunks 10 gms
  • Channa daal 20gms
  • Ginger 1 cm
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1/2
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Nutri Chunks 10 gms
  • Green chilli 2 pcs
  • Garam Masala (Sabot) 1 tbsp (mixed)
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Method

  • Pressure cook soaked channa daal along with Nutri Chunks (soaked and drained) and ginger and garam masala (whole).
  • When cools, grind it to a thick paste.
  • Add chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, garam masala, masal apowder, mango powder, salt and mix well.
  • Make small tikkis out of it.
  • Cook it on both sides till down.
  • Serve with onion rings and green chutney
