Ingredients
- Nutri Chunks 10 gms
- Channa daal 20gms
- Ginger 1 cm
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1/2
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Nutri Chunks 10 gms
- Green chilli 2 pcs
- Garam Masala (Sabot) 1 tbsp (mixed)
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Method
- Pressure cook soaked channa daal along with Nutri Chunks (soaked and drained) and ginger and garam masala (whole).
- When cools, grind it to a thick paste.
- Add chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, garam masala, masal apowder, mango powder, salt and mix well.
- Make small tikkis out of it.
- Cook it on both sides till down.
- Serve with onion rings and green chutney
